  3. I am a morning person. I can get my work out in the morning before my family is awake and keep my evenings free for time with them.

    Great question, I think creatine is generally contradictory to any weight loss program but I am a muscle freak. I prefer to lift weight and put on muscle as opposed to cutting weight. So I am using the creatine just to prevent extreme muscle loss that can result from extreme cardio focused workout plans. Short answer, it is helping me save some of my muscle mass while I focus on cutting weight.
